The player has to destroy that crystal to kill Sasquatch. As soon as the player destroy that crystal Sasquatch will not be heal by herself. The best possible way to defeat Sasquatch is to start the fight from secrecy. Player has to slide up on Matilda when she was talking in the mobile phone.
At that time the player had to apply Cyberpunk 2077 quickhacks on Sasquatch. The Cyberpunk 2077 qucikhacks means short circuit to disable the crystal present on her back.
