Bahati’s political woes seem far from over

The singer turned politician is having a tough time with his political ambitions on the line after the coalition

he is affiliated to, decided to front his competitor for the seat technically locking him out of the race.

Bahati went on to hold a press conference where he declared he will not step down for anyone

Afterwards, the party he was to run with, Jubilee, came out to announce that they had agreed to support Hon

Anthony Oluoch of ODM who was Bahati’s main competitor.

The secretary general of ODM, Hon. Edwin Sifuna,  who Bahati had categorically singled out

as one of the people committed to blocking him during his press conference also went on to tweet on his official account

that Bahati will not be on the ballot.
